Every U.S. HealthWorks sports physical includes a complete head-to-toe physical examination, heart and lung examination, visual acuity examination, urine test (for diabetes), and blood pressure test. The doctor will also ask questions about any medications you're currently taking and any injuries or illnesses that you've had in the past. The goal of obtaining/establishing medical history is to ensure all school and insurance requirements are properly met.
