VALENCIA, CALIF – U.S. Lamsimsinhvien, a leading operator of occupational health care centers in the nation, today announced the acquisition of Workforce Medical Center at 201 Arch Street, Redwood City, California. This acquisition expands U.S. HealthWorks’ presence in the Northern California market to 18 medical centers, with a total of 62 in California.
The Redwood City medical center integrates the full spectrum of occupational medicine, including injury and illness diagnosis and treatment, preventive services, pre-placement and post-offer exams and testing, physical therapy, return-to-work programs and orthopedic services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
