U.S. HealthWorks Acquires Sensia Healthcare's Four Wisconsin Centers

MILWAUKEE, WI – U.S. HealthWorks, one of the largest operators of occupational healthcare centers in the United States, today announced it has acquired four healthcare centers and two worksites from Sensia Healthcare in Wisconsin.

The centers, U.S. HealthWorks’ first in Wisconsin, are located in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties and bring the total number of U.S. HealthWorks medical and worksite clinics to 179 nationwide in 16 states.

Two of the centers are located in Milwaukee at 11414 West Park Place, Suite 100, and 875 West Layton Ave. The other centers are located at 5040 West Ashland Way in Franklin and at 16505 West National Ave. in New Berlin. Terms of the transaction, effective December 1, 2012, were not disclosed.

The facilities will continue to offer a wide range of occupational healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment for injury and illness, preventive services, pre-employment and post-offer exams and screening, and return-to-work rehabilitative care.

The four centers are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the Layton Ave. center is also open on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
